1. Appearance Standards

  • Surface must be flat and smooth without:
    • Bubbles
    • Impurities
    • Scratches
    • Wrinkles
  • Roll film must be neatly wound with flat end surface
  • Maximum 2 joints allowed with overlap distance >50mm

  • Thickness deviation: ±0.01mm
  • Width deviation: ±0.5mm
  • Standard lengths: 250m, 500m (±2m deviation)

  • Good tensile properties to prevent cracking/wrinkling
